Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides skilled nursing that can include treatment, injections, wound care, IV fluids, antibiotic therapy and family and patient health teaching and counseling. Performs comprehensive body assessment and recognize reportable conditions to MD. They provide services such as:
- Monitoring and recording pertinent information on their health status
- Performing physical assessment to develop the care plan of the patient
- Assessing the home environment of the family and make recommendations to improve the health and wellness of the patient and their families
- Providing health education to patients and families
- Administering medications
